Meet a few of the good crew who make the amazing food at the Green Man.
That’s Kam at the front. He’s our wonderful, talented head chef. Kam’s three favourite things are Alfred, Charlotte and making customers happy. He cooks with passion, knowledge and love.
Kam has just spent 12 years chefing in London at a number of restaurants. The last six were working at all of Yotam Ottolenghi’s venues.
The handsome gent at the back is Liam. He’s Kam’s number two. Without him we would be lost. Liam has come to us from Borscht, Vodka and Tears cooking Polish food, which ties in nicely with Kam’s heritage.
The delightful smiling person is Camila. She’s with us from Chile, and we are very happy. Pastry is her passion and you need to try her vegan, gluten-free, dark chocolate tart. It is to die for.
